Privacy policy

Draft — pending legal review. Last updated September 23, 2026.

Tempomat is an AI media-buying copilot. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Tempomat, why we collect it, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, avatar, timezone, language, and the workspaces, brands and teammates you set up.
  • Meta ad data: when you connect Meta through Facebook Login, we receive an access token and read your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, performance insights, Pages, Instagram accounts and pixels. The token is encrypted at rest and never sent to your browser.
  • Uploaded and generated assets: images, videos and documents you upload or generate, plus the prompts used to generate them.
  • Chat content: the messages you send, the assistant's replies, and the tool activity behind them.
  • Usage data: credits used, model token counts, activity logs of changes made on ad platforms, and basic technical logs.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions, produce reports and generate creatives.
  • To create and manage campaigns on your ad accounts. Everything is created paused and nothing is activated without your approval.
  • To send the emails you ask for, such as scheduled reports and invitations.
  • To meter credits, bill your plan, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your ad data to train AI models.

Sub-processors

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Meta — the ad platform you connect
  • Hugging Face and its inference providers — image and video generation
  • Our LLM provider — the language model behind the chat
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Our billing provider — payments and subscriptions

Retention

  • Chat history (agent events) is kept for 1 year.
  • Performance datasets are kept for 90 days, unless they are part of a saved report.
  • Other workspace data is kept while your workspace exists. Deleting a workspace deletes all of its data and files.

Deleting your Meta data

You can disconnect Meta at any time in Settings → Platforms. You can also remove Tempomat from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; Meta then tells us to delete the data we received from Meta. We delete your connection, synced ad accounts, Pages, pixels and cached performance data, and give you a confirmation code you can check on the data deletion page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We answer requests within 30 days.
